Casabella22 needed to present and sell a premium apartment located in Moncalvo, in the heart of Piedmont's Monferrato region – a territory recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its vineyard landscapes, rolling hills, historic villages, and world-class food and wine tradition. In the premium real estate market, a simple listing on generalist portals like Immobiliare.it or Idealista is insufficient to communicate the true value of a property at this level: standardized portal listings flatten the presentation, limit the number of photographs, don't allow telling the territorial story, and mix the listing with hundreds of lower-quality offerings. A dedicated digital showcase was needed – the property's own website – that would convey not only the apartment's features, premium finishes, room layouts, and materials, but also the unique lifestyle that purchasing a property in Moncalvo represents: life in Monferrato among vineyards and hills, proximity to renowned wineries, Piedmontese gastronomy, the tranquility of a historic village just a few kilometers from Asti and an hour from Turin and Milan. The goal was to create an immersive digital experience capable of captivating and persuading potential buyers even from a distance – Italians seeking a second home in Monferrato or foreigners fascinated by the Piedmontese lifestyle – and to position the site on search engines to capture qualified searches in the Monferrato premium real estate segment.
