1. Preamble and Definitions

The website uretech.it (hereinafter “Site”) is operated by URETECH di Fontanella Federico, a sole trader registered at Via Antonio Zucchi, 42/A — 40068 San Lazzaro di Savena (BO), Italy, VAT No. IT 04134771205 (hereinafter “UreTech” or “Controller”).

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

• Site: the website accessible at uretech.it and all its subdomains;
• User: any natural or legal person accessing the Site and using its content and/or services;
• Content: all text, images, graphics, videos, source code, design and any other material on the Site;
• Services: the digital consultancy and development activities offered by UreTech, as described in the relevant section of the Site.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If the User does not wish to accept these terms, they must not use the Site.

These terms apply to all Users of the Site, including, without limitation, users who browse, view content, submit contact requests or job applications.

3. Description of Services

UreTech offers professional digital consultancy and development services, including but not limited to:

• Web development (corporate websites, landing pages, e-commerce, web apps);
• Management software and ERP systems;
• Bespoke CRM solutions;
• Cloud infrastructure and managed servers;
• Digital marketing (SEO, advertising campaigns, social media management, email marketing);
• Brand identity (naming, visual identity, logo design).

The Site serves primarily an informational and contact function. Published content does not constitute a public offer. The Site does not conduct e-commerce activities.

The Site provides an AI-assisted chatbot to facilitate commercial and informational enquiries from Users.

The Site includes a “Careers” section for the collection of unsolicited job applications.

4. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, photographs, graphics, illustrations, source code, software, design, layout, logos and trademarks, is the exclusive property of URETECH di Fontanella Federico or the respective rights holders, and is protected by Italian and international copyright law and industrial property regulations.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, publication, transmission, creation of derivative works or any other use of the Content, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorisation of UreTech, is expressly prohibited.

Trademarks and logos on the Site are registered trademarks or otherwise owned by UreTech. Unauthorised use of such trademarks is expressly prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use

The User agrees to use the Site lawfully, correctly and in compliance with applicable law, third-party rights and these Terms & Conditions.

In particular, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting unauthorised access to systems, networks, servers or data connected to the Site;
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Site, its services or technical infrastructure;
• Sending, transmitting or uploading malicious content, viruses, malware, trojans or any other harmful code;
• Collecting, storing or disclosing personal data of other Users without adequate authorisation;
• Carrying out scraping, automated crawling, data mining or using bots, spiders or other automated tools without UreTech’s prior written authorisation;
• Using the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or otherwise improper purposes.

UreTech reserves the right to block access to the Site for any User who breaches these terms, without notice and without any right to compensation.

6. AI Chatbot

The Site provides an artificial intelligence-based chatbot to assist Users with commercial and informational enquiries.

The User acknowledges and accepts that:

• Responses generated by the AI chatbot are indicative and non-binding in nature;
• Responses do not constitute a contractual offer, professional advice, binding opinion or commitment of any kind on the part of UreTech;
• The AI system may generate inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date responses;
• UreTech is not liable for any inaccuracies, errors, omissions or incompleteness in responses provided by the chatbot;
• For official information, quotes or contractual commitments, the User must contact UreTech directly using the details in the Contact section.

7. Job Applications

Personal and professional information provided by the User via the “Careers” section of the Site is used exclusively for recruitment purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection law (EU Regulation 2016/679 — GDPR).

The applicant warrants the accuracy and completeness of the data and information provided in the application. False or misleading information may result in exclusion from the selection process.

Submitting an application via the Site does not create any employment relationship, nor does it oblige UreTech to consider the application, initiate a selection process or provide feedback. UreTech reserves the right to contact only those candidates deemed suitable.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its Content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of third-party rights.

UreTech does not warrant:

• Continuous, uninterrupted and error-free availability of the Site;
• The absence of viruses, malware or other harmful components;
• The accuracy, completeness or currency of published Content.

UreTech is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Site, including, without limitation, data loss, loss of profits or business interruption.

UreTech is also not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of third-party websites linked from the Site.

9. External Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Such links are provided solely for informational purposes and for the User’s convenience.

UreTech does not control, endorse or accept responsibility for the content, products, services, privacy policies or practices of such third-party websites. The inclusion of a link does not imply any form of association, sponsorship or endorsement by UreTech.

Access to external sites via links on the Site is at the User’s sole risk. Users are advised to review the terms of use and privacy policies of third-party sites before providing any personal data.

10. Changes to These Terms

UreTech reserves the right to modify, update or supplement these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

Any changes will take effect from the date of publication on this page. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

Users are invited to periodically review this page for any changes. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law.

For any dispute arising from the interpretation, validity or performance of these Terms & Conditions, the Court of Bologna, Italy shall have exclusive jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other court that may have jurisdiction.
