Crudelia Art Magazine

Crudelia Art Magazine is an independent contemporary art magazine based in Pergola, in the Marche region, that needed a complete digital platform to complement its print edition. The project required three integrated components: an online magazine with an editorial blog to publish articles on exhibitions, cultural events, art galleries and profiles of contemporary artists; an e-commerce shop to sell the print magazine directly to readers without intermediaries; and a reliable technical infrastructure with managed hosting and ongoing maintenance, as the editorial team does not have in-house technical expertise. The challenge was to create an immersive reading experience that showcased visual content – photographs of artworks, exhibitions, exhibition spaces – while maintaining high performance and a solid SEO structure to rank for searches related to contemporary art in the Marche region and across Italy.

UreTech developed the platform on WordPress with Elementor, configuring a structured editorial architecture organized by thematic categories: current and past exhibitions, cultural events, artist interviews, gallery reviews and in-depth features on the contemporary art world. The design follows a visual-first approach with layouts that put artwork images and exhibition spaces at the center, refined editorial typography and intuitive content navigation. WooCommerce was integrated for selling the print magazine, with order management, online payment and shipping. UreTech also provides managed hosting on WordPress-optimized servers and an ongoing maintenance plan on a subscription basis that includes security updates, regular backups, uptime monitoring and technical support for the editorial team's content publishing.
